Iliff Senior Apartments is a new affordable housing community developed by MGL Partners for older adults aged 62 and up, located in Denver's desirable University Hills neighborhood. Expected to complete construction and begin leasing by August 2026, the all-electric community will offer 50 income-restricted homes—44 one-bedroom and 6 two-bedroom units—serving residents at 30%–80% of Area Median Income. Each home features an in-unit washer and dryer, solid surface countertops, Energy Star appliances, tile kitchen backsplashes, and generous closet space. Residents will enjoy a range of community amenities, including a large community room, fitness room, community garden, and a sky lounge with mountain views and access to a fourth-floor deck. A part-time community service provider will also be on-site to connect residents with helpful resources and support.
